Well, This deserves a post!
A few years ago we made this video for Kidz Bop when we were all still rocking as Wormseye.
I remember being very hesitant to do the video, because it was a silly kids song, but ultimately we decided to do it because we had a really fun idea and the song was the Kidz Bop version of the Kelly Clarkson hit "Since U Been Gone" and the song already had a bit of a kitchy hipster appeal.
So we made the video and it ended up having huge success on the internet. Many high profile blogs (1, 2) posted about and linked to it, it was mentioned with a still in the New York Times, and it ended up on Pitchfork Media's Awesome 100 Videos of All Time list.
And in the end, strangely enough it was one of our most highly publicized videos.
...and now THIS!
Someone out there, was so inspired by our favorite shot in that video to immortalize it on the internet forever.
Whoever you are, thank you!
